Athletes - Meets held in Nov and Dec can not be used as mobility
meets. The new mobility scores aren't out yet. New routines can be
used at these meets.
Judges - All judges will have to retest this year. We expect to be
able to start judges retesting the beginning of January. Every judge
will need to retest this year in order to be able to judge. All
retesting will need to be done by the end of March.
